In Concepción, the Aurora de Chile settlement, built on the banks of the Biobío River, has resisted evictions and urban development plans for more than a hundred years. Meanwhile Huracán, the neighbourhood club, plays another final of the city's amateur football championship. Its own residents tell the story.
